Welcome to Another Small Stone. The title comes from a John Piper quote where he said the best way to make an impact is to throw many pebbles in many different ponds, not knowing who the ripples will reach.
The flavor of this blog will trace a lot of different topics, but will generally center on how all of life is affected by Jesus. Often people see Jesus as the flotation device on an airplane; good if something goes wrong, but otherwise way too bulky and cumbersome to wear during the trip. And there is definitely no need to talk about him every time we get on the plane-haven’t we heard about this vest a hundred times? If you think that way, I hope to change your mind.
